The Yangibana Project is the cornerstone of Hastings Technology Metals’ portfolio
The Yangibana Project is the cornerstone of Hastings Technology Metals’ portfolio. Located approximately 270 kilometers northeast of the port of Geraldton in Western Australia, the project is poised to become a major contributor to the supply of high−value rare earth elements. Yangibana has a total resource base of over 20 million tons of ore and a significant reserve of rare earths, particularly neodymium and praseodymium, which are in high demand for their use in permanent magnets. Hastings has made substantial progress in advancing the project, including securing all necessary environmental approvals and establishing partnerships with key stakeholders. The Yangibana Project is expected to generate long−term production and provide a reliable source of rare earths, making it vital for the future of green energy.
