Geomega’s business model is centered around partnerships and collaborations with various industries that rely on rare earth elements. The company has formed agreements with manufacturers and recyclers to secure sources of rare earth−containing waste, ensuring a steady supply of materials for its recycling operations.Geomega works with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) to recover rare earth elements from industrial waste streams, such as production scrap from magnet manufacturers. These partnerships are key to scaling its operations and providing a sustainable supply of REEs. Geomega’s core mission is to contribute to the circular economy by providing an environmentally friendly solution for rare earth element recovery. At the heart of Geomega’s business is its patented Rare Earth Element Recycling Technology. This technology, developed in−house, allows for the efficient and environmentally friendly recovery of rare earth elements from end−of−life products and industrial waste, particularly from NdFeB (neodym- ium−iron−boron) magnets. These magnets are commonly used in electric vehicles, wind turbines, and various consumer electronics.
