The company has recently finalized binding acquisition agreements for three key projects: the Goschen Central Project, the Douglas Project, and the Watchem Project. These projects are strategically located on the eastern edge of the Murray Basin, known for its potential in heavy mineral sands, rare earth elements, and other valuable materials, based on historical exploration data. In a significant move towards enhancing its technological capabilities, ACDC has entered into a licensing agreement with Medallion Resources Ltd (TSXV), a prominent Canadian public company. This agreement allows ACDC to utilize Medallion’s proprietary monazite processing technology, known as the Medallion Monazite Process (MMP Technology). This technology specializes in the extraction of rare earth elements from monazite, offering ACDC a competitive edge in the market.
